What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, travel dates, number of guests and your message. We use these details only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a charter proposal.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Framer B.V. in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. When you visit, technical data such as your IP address is processed to deliver the pages securely.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and for any legal retention periods that apply to a charter contract.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you may object to its use. Write to charter@lerinsyachting.com. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
